Bad Mommy!

The other day, I promised C some left over birthday cake for desert.

Well I lost track of time and forgot that we had upped her bedtime one hour because she has become harder to wake up in the mornings.

I gave her a bath in which she proceeded to ask if she could have her desert afterwards.

I told her that it would have to wait until tomorrow as I do not want her to have sugar right as she is about to climb into bed.

She started crying! GREAT! She's gonna run to dad with those big blue puppy dog eyes, and dad will cave and get her cake.

I asked her if I was a bad mom! I shouldnt have! She exclaimed with her pouty face and alligator tears: "YES!" Totally caught me off guard!

"Why?" I asked!

"Because you always forget!"

Just as I suspected She then ran to dad who then told me to just cut her a teeny tiny piece since YOU forgot...!

Im the bad mom, because I got pregnant and have been diagnosed with Mommy Brain.

Child...in the long run, its your fault....

Phew! What a crazy past week!

I am finally over my horrid pain of the wrath I created from my Birthday! So thats great!

I had a doctor's appointment this week. Just a girly check up! Things are good. I had to go for blood work to check my thyroid and see if I am anemic, then today I had to go for an ultrasound to see if the cysts on my ovaries are back and if I have endometriosis. Fun Fun! I also go birth control. My doctor had asked me if I was using anything currently as birth control and I told him I was just crossing my fingers! LOL He told me I should cross my legs! LMAO! So I left the appointment with b/c pills! He told me to start taking them the day my period started! Conveniently my period started the next day. So I took my pill...then the very next day, there was nothing? My period was 6 days late....and I thought that was it, but I guess not... I hate all this waiting crap!

The past week my "SIL" has been staying over with her boyfriend and son. So I have been dealing with them. Not that its bad. But I just dont get online when they are here, as I dont want to be rude.

I have also been anxiously awaiting girl scout cookies! I get them on SUNDAY!! Im Stoked! I want COOKIES!!!!

Tomorrow Courtney is going to the Circus with Girl Scouts. I get to go with! Im excited! I cannot wait. I haven't been to the circus since I was a little girl!!

I have also learned how to use facebook on my phone! YAY! Im excited bout that too! Gives me something to do when I am bored, but dont want to use the computer!

Well, Larry is coming back with dinner as I am not feeling good so he is being nice and I dont have to cook!

Whew! What A Weekend!

Saturday was my birthday! Im now 27.

I went out with some girls from the place I used to work at. We went to the bowling alley to meet up! We where not only celebrating my birthday, but everyone else that had a birthday in february that I worked with! There where about 6 of us. Well it was nice that we went on my birthday cause I got to drink for free!! WOO!

BAD.
IDEA.

I used it to my advantage LOL and let me tell you....Im paying for it!

All day yesterday, I was hugging the toilet. I have NEVER had a hangover before, and trust that I have been severely drunk before! I dont know what was so different about this time but I will never drink that much again. And it was even worse, cause I had nothing solid in my tummy, so I feel like I bruised the inside of me today. Im all achy and such!! Im just glad that I feel better today and I was able to eat!!

Im ready for spring BTW!

The other day we bought something rather expensive and in order to get it repaired for ANY reason, you need to have the receipt.

So I told him to put it IN the box the item came in... and its not there?

Can't find it.

So its my fault its lost...

/sigh!

What a Day...

I am so exhausted. I dont know if its because I have this cold or if its because some super obnoxious family is over and they are driving me NUTS! Bouncing all over my house, screaming, wrestling, obnoxious! We are so not like that on our own.

To top it off, SIL's friends car is having issues. Something is wrong with the breaks on her car. So being nice, he is trying to fix it. Well he took the car for a test drive, and he ran over my fence.

Im soooo angry! Sometimes I wish people would just let us be!! Especially when they need stuff fixed. Why is it that people only come around when they need things fixed? Why cant you just come around when you have nothin going on and just visit.

Im so frustrated. Im having a seriously bad day.

Girl Scout Trip

Today, I have a field trip to go on with C today for Girl Scouts. They are doing jazzercize! Should be interesting! I could participate. But Im not. I dont feel good. I shouldn't even really be going because I have a cold...but what kind of co-leader would that be.

I'll just take the camera and be the photographer! :) Take the easy way out...

I love to blog. But for some reason, I never seem to stick with it all the time. I'm going to try and change that. As, its a great way for me to clear my head.

So, a little about me, for anyone that my browse across this.

First and for most... I am a mom! A mom to 2 great kids! C (6) & B (11). I live in Wisconsin and have lived for about 8.5 years. I moved here from Alaska to be with a really great guy that I met online.

Right now, I have a bit of a sore throat and its driving me nuts. And on Valentines Day at that. Perfect timing. I guess better now, than next Saturday on my birthday. I am also "watching" my nephew. More like the kids are watching him, because i haven't really seen him since he stepped in the house a few hours ago! He's been with the kids playing.

And the house is filled with the smell of turkey! Yum! Mini turkey dinner on Valentines Day!
