Sicky poo!

 My sweet Vanessa has a cold! Her very first one complete with stuffy/runny nose (what an oxymoron), watery eyes, sneezing & coughing! :(

At the tender age of only 6 months old! :( My sweet thing!

She is extra clingy and whiney today! To top it off tomorrow is her 6 month checkup so she gets shots too! :(

Could you send some thoughts she feels better soon!

Gifts For The Guys

I dont know about you, but I find it very hard to shop for the guys on my list.

I mean, I could easily run to the store and grab those elaborate decorated gift baskets for all the girls on my list. Or the loads of little lip glosses, body washes, etc for the little girls.

But when it comes to the guys, I. am. Stumped!

Cue Husky Tools! Seriously! What man DOESNT love tools. They could be scattered all over the place and they will still claim they never have enough. These tools are affordable and make GREAT stocking stuffers!

Crazy Weather

Insane!

This morning I went to work and it was cold! I came outside and it was like 65 degrees and we had tornado watches!

By the time I got home they escalated to warnings! And there was a tornado south of here! About 20 miles away! Winds where so bad that they had a rolling roadblock on the freeway to keep freeway traffic moving at a safe speed!!

The tornado started in illinois! And was hit or miss all the way north to lake michigan through wisconsin!!

Insane!! Just goes to show that weather can flip with an instant!!

I'm not Average!

I am not your typical blogger!!

While I am a mom & I am a blogger, I am not your average mom blogger! And while I love having a place to share my thoughts and have unbiased people give me feedback or support, I am not one of those people that have hundreds of followers who obsess over every post and I don't write everyday! I can't help that!

I am an actual busy mom! I work outside of the home! I leave for work just as soon as my kids get on the bus for school and I get home right before they get off the bus! When I get home, I do homework stuff, clean up, laundry, tend to Vanessa, cook dinner, showers, bed, and then start all over the next day! Now this is not saying that any of the other bloggin mamas don't do all that (and more) but how in the hell do they manage to post insane amounts of posts and balance normal life! I'm lucky if my computer gets turned on 3 times a week and if it wasn't for my blackberry, I'd have emails pile up for weeks!! Its nuts!!

So if you follow my blog and find me a bit boring, for that I am sorry! :) I just don't have the time (or ability) to maintain my blog like everyone else does! But I do try!

How casual is casual work attire?

My job's work attire is casual!
Meaning I wear whatever I want so long as it is appropriate! Yay! No uncomfy clothes to deal with! Even better that I set my own hours so I can work when my kids are at school and be home before they are home!
Anyways, when I hear casual, that means If you want to wear jeans you can! Your normal everyday clothes! But I have been seeing guys at work wearing jeans that have the biggest holes all over...one guy, if he hadn't been wearing shorts under, his whole ass cheek would have hung out of them!
Now, I understand we sit in a cubical and no one sees us, but still...this is a work environment! And casual attire or not, isn't wearing jeans that are barely there a bit too casual?
So just how casual is too casual and where should a business draw the line?

Screw The Idiots!

Ya know! It's really effing shitty that I can't use my blog the way it's intended because I have nosey bitches that must monitor my every move like I'm a criminal or something! Then you have to run and report it to other people that had no business of knowing just as much as you had no business!


Now I understand this is the internet and what I put on here is pretty much public domain but damn! Seriously! I have no contact with you in any way so it just goes to show that you really have no life that you must search out my activity on the internet! Are you happy with what you found?

Now it's pretty sad that I can't even talk about major things in my life because you are stalking me! It's really shitty! If I wanted you to know about things, then I would simply tell you myself! But since you seem to be a snot and can't handle the truth when it's handed to you, I refuse to tell you anything about my life! Which sucks because you where my best friend and the one person I could tell anything too and you where there for me through so much...


And then you go and turn on me and blab your mouth and become bff with someone who you haved talked so much shit about.... 2 faced much?? Nice! Glad to see where your priorities are!


Thanks for making me realize that some people just aren't worth the time and that I am better than that!

Unfortunatly

I am going to be making my blog private for awhile. I have some things going on that I dont want to make 100% public at this time, but yet I still want to have a place to vent my frustrations.
