Oh the joys of illness

Well the verdict is in. I have early signs of pneumonia and an ear infection. 28 years old and I have an ear infection. WTF!!

Oh, and Vanessa has the same thing. Fabulous huh.

I'm glad to be on the mend though because seriously I feel like crap. Kinda like a semi has ran me over. Sucks big time.

I promise the giveaway winner will be posted soon. I just have been so blah the past week that I haven't even done anything. My house is suffering the worse.

Thankfully I have an amazing boyfriend to help get us all better. Cross your fingers he doesn't get sick too.

But now that we have all been sick, can we jump to spring already!!

Sick Babies are No Fun

Poor Princess Vanessa is super sick!! She has a bad case if Bronchialitis.

She has to have breathing treatments of abuteral through a nebulizer 4 times a day.

There's something just not right about a baby (and in her 8 month birthday at that) having to use a nebulizer.

My poor baby is so miserable!!

Who Turned Off The Heat

It's damn cold out there. And seriously...since when does Wisconsin get colder than my moms house?? For the record my mom lives in Alaska. Uh!!

Wordless Wednesday

We have a first word people

And it's official!!

Vanessa has said her first word!!

Much to Larrys dismay, she said:

"Dada" yesterday right after he left to go get the other two from the bus stop. He refused to believe me.

Then he heard for himself. And he smiled. I love seeing little things like this. Makes my heart melt.

And now she says dada dada all the time.

It's the little things that make being a mommy the best!!

Down with the Brown & Crazy Dreams

I had the pleasure if finding Twilight Eclipse Blu-Ray DVD for a total of $6 online. I couldn't help myself and purchased that bad boy right away!!

About 2 days after I placed the order I got an email conferming that my order had been shipped! Excitement followed because my slacking ass has yet to see the damn thing. I think I may be the last human on earth to have watched it and that troubles me.

Well my movie still hasn't came and it's been like a week since o got confirmation that it shipped. So I check the tracking and noticed it was being shipped UPS. I personally hate UPS. And looking at the tracking, I see that the movie has been at airport UPS location since the 13th!! WTF people!! I'm getting slightly irritated! Ok maybe a little more than slightly.

So down with the brown. And for all you people thinking other things, shame on you!!

Now onto these dreams. Last night I had 2 crazy dreams. First being about my dang movie! (can you tell I want it already). I dreamt that the box for it finally came, but when I opened it, inside was NOT Eclipse but instead Indiana Jones! Seriously?? Oh and let's not forget the tube of toothpaste! Don't ask because I don't know!!

And it's no secret that I have given up the ability to bare/bear (insert whichever is grammatically correct) children. So someone please explain to me why I also dreamed about finding out I was pregnant again? I went postal in my dream and let me tell you if I ever got pregnant for real, that is probably what will happen. And it won't be pretty...at all!!

By the way in case anyone is counting, my period is 12 days late but I'm gonna blame that in my Essure!

I hate winter

Man. I'm so over winter!! I'm ready for spring weather so bad. I can't handle being cooped up in the house all the time.

I'm looking out the windows here at work and it's so depression. Especially since I work downtown.

Everything is so blah and grey and depressing looking. I'm ready to see the sunshine and all the green trees and people rushing around down here. Granted I probably won't be sayin that I'm ready for the people come summertime when all the festivals are going on down here. Traffic will be a hot mess I'm sure.

Also, remind me come sights when I'm bitching about the heat and humidity how in January I was wanting warmer. Consider this your warning because it will happen. I wish we had spring weather all year around. I would be one happy girl.

Also, I'm in love with my iPhone!! I can type almost as fast as the computer. Now, just to figure out how to not get it to suck the life out of the battery and I would be good!!

I finally got my new phone! After dealing with having it go on back order at the precise time I order the damn thing.

Go figure!

Anyway I had a productive day! Dental visits and eye appointments! Fun stuff! Now watching Despicable me with the family while dinner cooks!

Support A Girl Scout Troop

And buy some girl scout cookies!

My daughters troop uses their cookie money to pay for summer camp!

The girls got to do their first overnight last year and they had so much fun! The car ride there was loud and full of excitement. The car ride home was quite and full of exhaustion!

While there, the girls got to:
-make smores
-sing camp songs
-night hike around the lake
-participate in their very first Flag Ceremony
-make lanyards
-go paddle boating
-go swimming
-make sherbet
-study things with a microscope
-investigate the pond and hold frogs
-learn to follow instructions from their peers
-meet new friends!

It was so much fun and the girls are already talking about camp this year!

So, find a troop and buy a box of cookies! And help these girls!
